Spring Thing Rally

Saturday April 18th

Celebrate Spring with the first JDRC driving event of the year.  Our Spring Thing Rally will begin at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts in Issaquah.  The driver’s meeting will be at 9:30 AM, and we will depart shortly thereafter.  The Spring Thing will be a gimmick rally, so the driving directions will be (relatively) straight-forward, but you will earn points based on your ability to answer questions about landmarks we pass and places we visit.  Eagle-eyes may score better than lead-foots, so don’t worry if your driving gloves are at the cleaners.  Our route will visit some of the twisty back roads of eastern King and Snohomish counties however, so there will be opportunities for some spirited driving.  We will also make a couple of stops if you need to stretch your legs or recruit a new navigator.  If you get lost en route (or just want to join us for lunch) the rally will finish at the Coho Café in Redmond.

Lunch and the General Meeting will be at the Coho Café around 1:00 PM.  If you plan on joining us for lunch, please RSVP to Jamil at  haqueja@gmail.com or 206-226-8443
