There will be a Technical Session at Autosport
Seattle this Saturday, September 18th, 10:00 AM . Autosport
Seattle is a machine shop that specializes in engine and gearbox
rebuilding. During the session this Saturday, Johnnie of
Autosport will be tearing down an E-Type 4.2 L engine that is in the
shop for a rebuild. If you haven't seen an engine tear down
before this is a fascinating firsthand look at some of the scary
wear and tear these engines accumulate after 40 plus years of use
and abuse. In addition there may also be a demonstration of
cylinder boring or a related rebuild procedure.
