Board Member Search

JDRCNWA is looking for club members to fill board positions for 2009.

Come join us at our board meetings, usually the first Thursday every month @ 7pm at a club members home. We have a great time talking of club events over munchies and sometimes a full dinner depending on the host for the evening.  For instance we had a country picnic in Tacoma last month and a spaghetti dinner in Auburn this month!

We are electing all positions but really need a new President and Vice Pres. of Activities and one new Trustee. A short version of these positions follow but you can find them all in the By-Laws in the back of your Roster.

President: The president shall act as chairman of the Board of Trustees, and shall conduct the meetings of the membership

Vice President Activities: Shall be responsible for arranging the location of the monthly meetings for the Club, coordinating entertainment activities at the meetings when occurring, and shall act as president if called upon.

Trustee: The board shall consist of four Trustees and shall be elected for a term of three years on a staggered basis with at least one new Trustee elected each year.
