Arlington Skyfest Car Show

Please join your fellow club members for the Arlington Skyfest on August 20 see https://www.arlingtonskyfest.com for details.  If you want to show your Jaguar or other classic car, you should meet Ray Papinaeau at 11am August 20 at TBD location so our CLUB can drive in together. To be in the car show, you will need to register your car individually at https://www.arlingtonflyin.org/tickets/car-show-participant-tickets/ .

If you want to come later, on your own, there is a rule that the cars need to be at least 20 years old to be in the car show.  They are waiving that rule for anyone coming in with our club.   You will not be able to park with the group if you come on your own but you can come hang out with us!

If you don't want to show a car but want to attend the event, you should register at https://www.arlingtonflyin.org/tickets.   There are shows until 10 PM, including an Airshow at 7, hot air balloons and lighted drone shows after that run until 10 pm.

After you register online with the Arlington Airfest, please Register here to let us know if you will be meeting Ray or coming on your own. 

Here are directions provided by Ray 

1.) Travel NORTH on I-5 to EXIT 206.

2.) Exit at EXIT 206 Arlington Airport / WA-531 / 172nd St. NE (commonly known as the

Smokey Point Exit).

3.) Turn RIGHT (EAST) onto WA-531 / 172nd St. NE.

4.) Travel .6 miles to WALMART on the RIGHT.

10:00am

5.) Travel to SW corner of WALMART parking lot to meet Jaguars.

10:30am

6.) Leave WALMART parking lot

7.) Turn RIGHT onto WA-531 / 172nd St. NE.

8.) Travel .6 miles turn LEFT onto 51st Ave. NE.

9.) Travel .6 miles on 51st Ave. NE. to BLUE GATE on RIGHT

11:00am

10.) Blue Gate opens for car placement. Cars must be placed by 12:00pm.

12:00pm

11.) Public enters Skyfest

10:00pm

12.) End of Skyfest cars allowed to exit event.
